M's Pup Happy Hour Review

Sociable, Charm, and Delectable Food is M’s Pub motto.   Located in the heart of the Old Market, M’s Pub defiantly has the Charm and delectable food. As good as the food and décor of M’s Pub is, the customer service needed work.  One thing I don’t tolerate is poor customer service. Once my party was seated it took 15 minutes for a waiter to bring us water and to say hello. The waiters were busy tasting food that the chef prepared. Now I understand that waiters need to know whats on the menu. When you have customers that don’t even have glasses or menus on the table, you should know whats up! In order for us to receive service we had to wave for a waiter. Oh let me not forget, we also had a time limit!  M’s Pubs Happy Hour offers select apps and cocktails. We sampled the Chicarones, Pretzel Bites, and Sliders. The Chicarones are basically pork skins with Salsa Verde and Cotlja Cheese. Delicious snack that would go perfect with a beer. The Sliders were made with lamb topped with feta cheese, sauce and tomato. Reminded me of a gyro…I love gyros. The food was good, but because of the customer service my whole experience could’ve been better. With that being said M’s Pub gets 2 Smiles.
